The public website publishes product, technical, case-study, company, and contact information. It does not offer public account registration, online checkout, or an anonymously accessible product API. The current website implementation does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. To secure, operate, and troubleshoot the service, the web server may process and retain standard request logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, response status, and transferred bytes.

The website loads Google Fonts from Google-operated domains, so a visitor browser may send a direct request to that third party. Links to GitHub, CNCF, regulatory record searches, and other external websites lead to services governed by their own notices and controls. RiseUnion does not determine how those independent destinations process information.

If you contact RiseUnion by email or telephone, the company uses the name, organization, contact details, project requirements, and technical context you choose to provide to answer the request, arrange a demonstration or commercial follow-up, deliver support, maintain business records, and protect its systems. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private datasets, model weights, government identifiers, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information through a public channel.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied through a public contact channel, email contact@riseunion.io. Applicable law, contract performance, dispute handling, security auditing, and legitimate recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. RiseUnion evaluates requests against the applicable legal, contractual, and security context.

When Rise VAST, Rise CAMP, Rise ModelX, Rise Router, Rise MAX, or Rise Edge is installed in a customer environment, data roles, telemetry, retention, security controls, and integrations depend on the contract, deployment topology, product release, and customer configuration. Those deployment-specific practices are not fully described by this public website notice. Procurement and implementation teams should review the documentation, agreements, and data-processing terms that apply to the target release.
